It's crawfish season and we couldn't wait any longer, so today George and I went to Floyd's for lunch. I had a cup of crab bisque (delicious), we had fried pickles, and three pounds of crawfish. Love our 'mudbugs' - they were very spicy and good today. It is a lot of work to peel them, but definitely worth it. Makes my mouth water to see the pic I took of them when the waitress set them down on our table!

CRAWFISH
It's crawfish season and we couldn't wait any longer, so today George and I went to Floyd's for lunch. I had a cup of crab bisque (delicious), we had fried pickles, and three pounds of crawfish.
